Machine Learning and AI tools are creating new value within organizations. This position will be responsible for working to understand current operations, tasks, and processes then making recommendations on AI implementation of AI tools. The role will also be responsible for change management and implementation of AI tools such as training, governance, and evaluating results. The position will need to be able to help drive adoption and drive a culture of AI collaboration. The position will be responsible for evaluating existing and planned solutions as well as recommending new solutions.
Experience in building LLMs, tuning, fine tuning against identified and defined expectations is essential. Experience with creating Reinforcement with Human Learning plans based on feedback is also a must. Experience evaluating and improving training data from various structured and unstructured data sources to build out agent AIs also needed. Creating an organizational governance model based on AI performance will be an essential task. Areas of AI implementation could include Supply Chain improvements, Forecasting, Industrial Design, Customer Support, and other operational areas.
While the position will not be responsible for directly creating GenAI, LLM or agent AIs, the position will need a deep understanding of the best fit within the organization based on business goals. Knowledge or experience with Industrial Engineering or Project Management will be beneficial. The position will need a blend of technical knowledge and the capability of navigating complex organizations. The positions performance will be based on effectiveness of AI tool output based on business need, adoption of AI tools based on business need, and management of AI governance for effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
Experience building and managing LLMs
