Role and Responsibilities

Machine Learning and AI tools are creating new value within organizations.  This position will be responsible for working to understand current operations, tasks, and processes then making recommendations on AI implementation of AI tools. The role will also be responsible for change management and implementation of AI tools such as training, governance, and evaluating results.  The position will need to be able to help drive adoption and drive a culture of AI collaboration. The position will be responsible for evaluating existing and planned solutions as well as recommending new solutions.

Experience in building LLMs, tuning, fine tuning against identified and defined expectations is essential.  Experience with creating Reinforcement with Human Learning plans based on feedback is also a must.  Experience evaluating and improving training data from various structured and unstructured data sources to build out agent AIs also needed. Creating an organizational governance model based on AI performance will be an essential task. Areas of AI implementation could include Supply Chain improvements, Forecasting, Industrial Design, Customer Support, and other operational areas.

While the position will not be responsible for directly creating GenAI, LLM or agent AIs, the position will need a deep understanding of the best fit within the organization based on business goals.  Knowledge or experience with Industrial Engineering or Project Management will be beneficial.  The position will need a blend of technical knowledge and the capability of navigating complex organizations.  The positions performance will be based on effectiveness of AI tool output based on business need, adoption of AI tools based on business need, and management of AI governance for effectiveness.

• Experience building, training, and tune AIs with various methods
• Managing Implementation of projects and processes across multiple teams
• Utilize user feedback to improve the results from AI
• Prioritizing areas for AI implementation based on business need or user feedback
• Technical understanding of GenAI and LLMs
• Experience with Big Data
• Create training for teams to effectively leverage AI

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

Experience building and managing LLMs

Necessary Skills and Attributes:

• 1 ~ 3 years of experience with building LLMs
• 1 ~ 3 years of experience with training and tuning LLMs
• Create, Train, and tune LLMs
• Create user documentation for best performance for AI tools
• Ability to quickly learn operations within a vast organization
• Evaluate and prioritize AI implementation
• Ability to gain consensus on priorities from multiple department heads
• Ability to improve AI tools performance with either tuning recommendations or changes in usage
• Ability to be collaborative, able to work across all levels of an organization to identify solutions that improve efficiency, quality and/or capacity
