Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in an educator-facing role, familiarity with K-12 education, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Location: Remote in the USA (Arizona), with no required travel.
Compensation: $37875 - $59375 / Annually

Engagement Ops consists of effective communicators who are highly collaborative, creative, and responsive to meet the needs of educators by supporting a successful implementation of Curriculum Associates products through the scheduling of professional learning sessions. Associate Specialists work to build proficiency and expertise within the core functions of their role. As Associate Specialists gain experience within product knowledge and portfolio management the make-up of their scheduling portfolio will adapt with the knowledge and experience gained to support in meeting the business need.

Pay Range: This role’s range is $37,875 - 59,375. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
