Office Assistant
What we are looking for
We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant. You will support our broad engineering and environmental consulting practice. You will use a diverse set of office skills including basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Adobe. Tasks will include general office administrative dutiesas needed to support our technical professionals, our senior administrative and accounting personnel.
How you can make an impact
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Learn and utilize Deltek/Vision (accounting software)
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Monthly reconciliation of Bank Statement and Credit Card
- Purchase and Service Order set up
- Data Entry and Word Processing
- Proofread and format documents
- Assist with travel plans
- Organize events (lunches, office functions, parties, etc.)
- Report production (printing, punching, comb binding, mailing)
- Scan of documents for electronic storage
- Order supplies
- Maintain kitchen and workroom area cleanliness
Qualifications
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required.
Pay Range
USD $23.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.Additional Information
