Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the billing, payment processing, and risk management roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk/Security, and partners.
- Optimize billing and payment platforms and internal operations for efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of payment operations and ensure KPI attainment with continuous monitoring.
- Evaluate and implement new billing and payment methods and tools.
- Manage fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategies.
- Deliver data-driven insights and lead payment-related discussions enterprise-wide.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Payment Operations team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
