Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Mountain View office including vendor coordination, supplies, employee access, and facilities upkeep
- Serve as a welcoming contact for guests and new employees
- Plan and coordinate internal events, offsites, and team gatherings
- Support special projects and cross-functional administrative needs
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires in collaboration with People Operations
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple departments and time zones
- Act as liaison among candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout recruiting processes
- Maintain accuracy of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal tracking tools
- Partner with hiring managers and People Operations to improve recruitment workflows and documentation
Education
- No specific degree required, but relevant administrative or recruiting experience preferred
