Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to define problems and design end-to-end solutions in the Copilot experience.
- Design accessible, user-friendly interfaces from concept to polished prototypes.
- Leverage AI to innovate user flows and customer experiences.
- Create human-AI collaboration flows that clarify AI capabilities and user interactions.
- Conduct or support user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on data and experimental insights.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms and AI experiences.
- Collaborate with other designers to refine concepts and maintain high usability standards.
- Communicate design rationale effectively in cross-functional meetings.
