Skills
- Experience designing complex user flows and intuitive interfaces.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction, and visual design.

- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
- Proficiency with modern design tools and prototyping, such as Figma.

Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to define problems and design end-to-end solutions within the Copilot experience.
- Design accessible and user-friendly interfaces from initial concepts to polished designs and prototypes.
- Leverage AI capabilities to innovate user flows and customer experiences.
- Design human-AI collaboration flows to clearly communicate AI capabilities and limitations.
- Collaborate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on data insights and experimentation.
- Help evolve the design system for consistency across platforms including mobile, web, and AI interfaces.
- Work collaboratively with designers to uphold high craft and usability standards.
- Communicate design rationale effectively in cross-functional meetings.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant design or related fields.
