Vantage Aviation at Monaco Air Duluth is a 7-day per week operation and is looking for team members who are excited to work in Aviation and can deliver world-class customer service to our clients. 

Requirements

Position Summary:


The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for day-to-day front desk interaction with aviation customers. This includes a variety of duties that are essential to the success of the fixed base operation (FBO). Our priority is unmatched customer service; however, our CSRs daily tasks involve computer usage, radio communications and a high level of focus in a busy and exciting setting.


We are looking to fill a Full-Time position (40 hours per week) Monday thru Friday with weekend shift(s), night shift(s), and Holiday shift(s) depending on availability and scheduling needs with the Department.


Duties/Expectations:

  • Greet and welcome everyone to Monaco Air, providing customers with professional service and assistance.
  • Accurately receive, dispatch and process customer purchases and fuel transactions
  • Work closely with pilots and team member to ensure all customer service needs are met and/or exceeded.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, services and the surrounding areas.
  • Replenish supplies in adherence to the Vantage standard, including but not limited to complimentary beverages and supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competent Multi-tasker
  • Experience with telephone, computer, cash register, Point-of-Sale equipment.
  • Ability to maintain records in a well-organized manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Education and Experience – High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend/perform basic math functions.
  • 1+ year experience in hospitality or related field
