Skills

  • Experience in team lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in Zendesk or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 Customer Support Representatives.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a positive resolution.
  • Actively work in the Zendesk ticket queue to assist customers.
  • Monitor team performance using metrics to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Train and onboard new team members for consistent service.
