Skills
- 8+ years of professional design experience with at least 4 years in leadership
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across channels
- Experience with brand strategy and identity development
- Deep knowledge of print production and vendor management
- Expert proficiency with Figma and collaborative design tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset focused on innovation
- Proficiency in AI design tools is a plus
- Interiors industry experience is a plus
- Willing to travel as required
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor graphic designers fostering creativity and collaboration
- Review and approve design work across all channels including POP, web, media, social, and email
- Collaborate on brand guidelines and creative strategies with the Creative Director
- Audit workflows and transition the team to optimized processes
- Develop templates, guides and train team on best practices
- Lead the development of new brand systems and design templates
- Analyze creative performance and refine strategies based on insights
- Manage vendor partnerships ensuring print quality
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects
- Present design concepts confidently to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
- Travel six times per year to meet in person with the team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
