About the job
As a Senior UX Designer with a focus on experience prototyping, you’ll bring ideas to life through interaction, motion, and storytelling. You’ll contribute to UX sprints and future-visioning efforts by designing thoughtful, high-quality prototypes that help teams explore what’s possible and align around what matters.
You’ll apply your creative and technical skills to test assumptions, express ideas with emotional clarity, and support the delivery of best-in-class experiences for our guests. You’ll work within a team environment that values experimentation, inclusivity, and care for both the work and the people doing it.
Responsibilities
Create interactive prototypes—from low-fi concept explorations to high-fidelity experiences using motion, sound, and immersive interactions
Participate in cross-functional design sprints to explore new guest experiences and technologies
Contribute to the development of future-state journeys and conceptual models through prototyping and visual storytelling
Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX peers to test ideas, uncover opportunities, and align on direction
Use data, research, and insights to inform design decisions and measure effectiveness
Deliver clear, compelling design work across phases—journey maps, flows, UI concepts, and functional prototypes
Uphold design excellence across craft areas including accessibility, interaction, visual design, and system thinking
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and human-centered practice
About you
4+ years of experience in UX
Proficiency with prototyping and design tools (such as Figma, Principle, Framer, Cursor, Lovable; familiarity with HTML, JS, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose is a plus)
Experience working in design sprints, early-stage concepting, or innovation labs
Strong interaction design and systems thinking capabilities
Ability to balance creative exploration with practical delivery
Skilled in using insights and data to guide your decisions
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to bring others along through your work
Comfortable working in ambiguity, contributing to complex challenges, and collaborating across teams
Passionate about inclusive design and creating joyful, purposeful experiences at scale
Portfolio guidance
