Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Operations teams to ideate and prototype customer experiences
- Conduct user interviews and research to identify pain points and product improvements
- Create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Communicate design vision and rationale to stakeholders
- Validate design feasibility and ensure high-quality implementation
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product design or related field
