Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to design user-centered experiences for Chime’s mobile apps and digital products.
- Create clear, inclusive, and compelling content for product flows, messaging, and microcopy that guide members.
- Define and evolve content strategy including taxonomy, naming conventions, and voice and tone consistency.
- Partner with design and brand teams to align product voice with Chime’s overall tone and values.
- Use data, research, and experimentation insights to inform and improve content decisions.
- Contribute to documentation, tooling, and processes to advance the craft of content design across teams.
