Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Customer Experience team including recruitment and onboarding
- Develop training programs to enhance team knowledge on insurance claims and customer service
- Lead performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve skills and service quality
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues ensuring timely resolution
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Claims, Product, and Engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with insurance claims regulations and company policies
- Foster a customer-obsessed, innovative, and inclusive team culture
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in insurance or CX management
