Claims Customer Experience Manager

Reserv is an innovative insurtech startup focused on AI-driven automation to revolutionize insurance claims adjusting. They are seeking a driven Customer Experience Manager to build and lead their CX team, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence for a major transportation client.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of insurance claims, especially property and casualty
  • Proven leadership experience managing contact center or CX teams
  • Proficiency with contact center technologies and software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
  • Empathy and patience handling complex customer interactions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the Customer Experience team including recruitment and onboarding
  • Develop training programs to enhance team knowledge on insurance claims and customer service
  • Lead performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve skills and service quality
  • Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues ensuring timely resolution
  • Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Claims, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with insurance claims regulations and company policies
  • Foster a customer-obsessed, innovative, and inclusive team culture

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in insurance or CX management
