Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat and telephone
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
