Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients concerning music and podcast services.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, content access, and account management.

- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the content teams to keep updated on new releases and features.

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in online entertainment or media.

- Familiarity with digital music and podcast platforms is highly desirable.
