Work Arrangement: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST

Salary Range: Competitive; based on experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Full-Time Operations Manager - to join Foundation’s Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will support the onboarding of new customers, manage day-to-day operational tasks, and streamline internal processes to ensure smooth client interactions. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Implementation (70%)

• Support onboarding and implementation tasks for new customers, including data entry, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Monitor customer accounts, ensuring key milestones are met and customers are fully prepared to launch on Foundation.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining internal resources, documentation, and reporting.

Operational Support (10%)

• Perform operational tasks to ensure systems, tools, and processes run smoothly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

Internal Process Optimization (20%)

• Identify and flag gaps or risks in customer progress proactively.
• Maintain and update internal documentation and resources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Contribute to regular operational reporting and internal communication.

Non-Negotiables:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations support role.
• Advanced Excel skills (Excel wizard)—ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

• Experience in real estate, homebuilding, SaaS, or tech startups.
• Familiarity with customer success or project management tools.
