About the role
The Training Team based in our Greenville, SC office is responsible for organizing, promoting, and managing training events and seminars in the US. Our Regional Technical Trainers are strategically located throughout the US to facilitate these events. Working with the Sales organization, the Regional Training Managers provide technical product training to current and future installer base. Teamwork and collaboration with other departments is critical to devise and deliver events to promote Paxton’s business and ensure the successful introduction of new products to the market.
The team work hard to promote, organise, and deliver high quality training at Paxton offices, distributor venues, and at installers’ premises. The Training team play an integral role in the research, organization, set up and management of all the exhibitions the Company participates in throughout the US market. The team may also provide training for new starters in other departments where needed.
