JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Design, Interactivity, & Media (DIMA) department is seeking a positive, supportive, and dynamic DIMA Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion and the use of the classroom/lab experience to enhance workplace understanding and performance.Responsible for teaching Design, Interactivity & Media Arts courses to diverse adult learners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in the discipline or in a related discipline and 2 years full-time related occupational experience.
Compensation: $580 per Equivalent Credit Hours (ECH)
May include day, evening and/or weekend classes and will involve travel to other campuses.
A teaching demonstration is required as part of the interview process.
Hiring process includes passing a background check.
