Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations across multiple business groups to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances.
- Conduct thorough and timely workplace investigations in compliance with company methodology and legal requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation in the employee case management system.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, performance management, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
- Deliver data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and Legal teams to implement solutions.
- Identify trends in employee relations and lead initiatives in training, systems enhancement, and process improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, assisting with feedback and coaching.
- Lead large-scale, company-wide projects improving frontline partner experience.
- Produce clear written communications analyzing problems and recommending solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for employees and managers.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide data-driven reports with recommendations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
