Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for pipeline health and sales performance.
- Collaborate with business development and partner growth teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Lead creation and upkeep of sales enablement materials and onboarding guides.
- Coordinate and support training programs for go-to-market teams on tools and processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align revenue operations with organizational objectives.
- Support forecasting and goal setting through data-driven insights and modeling.
- Monitor sales strategies and tools, recommending improvements based on data and feedback.
- Build trusted relationships with sales representatives.
