What We’re Looking For


We are seeking a sharp, strategic, and action-oriented Marketing Director to guide and activate the Travelpro brand in the marketplace. This person will help shape overall brand strategy and lead the execution of integrated product and brand marketing across channels. You’ll be the architect and operator of our annual marketing calendar—a role demanding vision, creativity, and operational rigor. 


What You’ll Do


In this role you’ll balance long-term brand building with near-term performance. You will also:

  • Partner with the CMO to shape and evolve Travelpro’s brand strategy and positioning
  • Lead brand marketing and product marketing strategy across new and legacy product lines
  • Own development and execution of the annual marketing calendar, ensuring a continuous stream of consumer-facing activations, launches, and brand moments
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across paid digital, social media, influencer, PR, and owned channels
  • Collaborate closely with Product, eCommerce, Creative, and Sales to ensure cohesive storytelling and go-to-market alignment
  • Track performance and consumer engagement, iterate quickly, and push for what's next
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


What You’ll Need

  • 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a brand or product marketing leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive commercial impact
  • Strong experience with both performance-oriented digital campaigns and culturally relevant organic activations
  • Comfortable navigating between strategy, creative development, and execution
  • Lifelong learner with a bias toward action and curiosity about what’s changing—whether in travel, tech, media, or consumer behavior
  • Clear, crisp communicator with executive presence—able to align cross-functional stakeholders and lead agency partners
  • Travel industry experience a plus. Love of smart travel gear? Required.
