About the role:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our International Sales team full-time. This role provides essential administrative and operational support for our international accounts. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to support a growing global business. This role will report to the Manager, Sephora International Accounts. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Enter purchase orders for international accounts (including INTL Distributors and Sephora INTL) using NetSuite
  • Create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for returns and damages related to international orders
  • Assist with product setup and updates in the Sephora INTL portal, including new launch details and product changes
  • Compile and organize monthly exposure highlights from Sephora INTL for internal tracking and reporting
  • Help prepare and ship samples, gratis, and other sales materials to retail partners and distributors
  • Perform monthly inventory checks of the Sales Product Closet to ensure items are accurate and in stock
  • Submit and track monthly expense reports for the International Sales team
  • Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to help ensure smooth coordination of launches and account support

What you'll bring: 

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in sales support, administrative roles, or operations (experience in beauty or CPG is a plus)

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • This is a Los Angeles-based role with a hybrid in-office schedule; candidates must be able to commute to our office at least 3x a week 
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Curious and eager to learn about international sales in the beauty and personal care industry
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Annual Base Salary Range is $25-27/hour (based on experience) + potential for yearly bonus
