Responsibilities
- Scale GTM Operations, Enablement, and Development to support $100M+ ARR growing at 20%+ annually
- Drive alignment, efficiency, and predictability across revenue teams through data, automation, and scalable processes
- Leverage AI and LLMs to identify process improvements and growth opportunities
- Oversee strategy and optimization of GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and others
- Ensure high data integrity, forecast accuracy, and adoption of enablement tools
- Build and coach a high-performing RevOps team aligned with business goals
- Lead budgeting processes and provide insights for revenue forecasting and pipeline management
- Act as strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory
