Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and redesign core merchandising processes to eliminate friction and manual work.
- Identify and deliver automation projects using AI, no-code/low-code tools, and scripting.
- Build lightweight automations with tools like Google Apps Scripts, Zapier, Airtable, and Notion.
- Evaluate and recommend tooling to support merchandising operations like assortment planning and vendor management.
- Create documentation, dashboards, and workflows for sustainable improvements.
- Work closely with merchandising team members to champion operational change and tool adoption.
- Stay current on AI and automation trends and proactively suggest new ideas.
Education
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
