Universal Banker

We are seeking a customer-focused and versatile Universal Banker to join our growing team. This role combines the responsibilities of both a teller and a personal banker, providing exceptional service while supporting a wide range of banking needs for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Open new personal and business accounts and explain product features and benefits
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions and services
- Assist customers with online and mobile banking tools
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures
- Contribute to team goals by actively participating in sales and service initiatives
- Support daily branch operations, including balancing cash drawers and maintaining branch security standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with computers and banking technology
- Professional appearance and conduct
