Responsibilities
- Support HR Consultants with administrative and logistical client project tasks including scheduling and materials preparation
- Process and maintain accurate HR data across various systems including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes
- Coordinate new hire onboarding paperwork and orientation sessions ensuring a welcoming experience
- Assist with payroll data gathering, benefits administration, and leave of absence tracking
- Serve as first contact for routine employee inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary
- Help maintain compliance by managing I-9 records, required trainings, and routine HR reports and filings
