HR Operations Coordinator (6 Month Temporary Role)

Neo4j, a leading graph database company, is seeking a proactive and organized HR Operations Coordinator for a 6-month temporary remote role to support HR initiatives and enhance the employee experience. This position is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their HR career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding processes including preparing documents and scheduling orientations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with offboarding tasks such as scheduling exit interviews and equipment collection.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries or refer employees to appropriate contacts.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company-wide events.
  • Contribute to HR compliance through accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with HR team and other departments to improve employee experience.

Education

  • Recent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
