About the Opportunity
We’re building the motion studio we always dreamed of — fast-moving, design-led, and trusted by the best in the world. In just over a year, we’ve gone from zero to partnering with Amazon, top-tier VCs, and the most ambitious startups out there.
Now, we’re looking for a second motion designer with sharp visual instincts and refined animation craft to help shape the next era of brand and product storytelling. You’ll join a small, focused team creating high-impact work across UI, brand, and marketing — defining how tomorrow’s companies move.
What We’re Looking For
Interpret creative briefs to create engaging and innovative visual designs (e.g. brand identities, webpages, social, marketing collaterals, and more)
Rapidly produce multiple concepts, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention vs. when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
Contribute to layout, typography, and imagery decisions to help tell cohesive brand stories
Work with the creative director to build and ensure visual coherence across deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates in marketing, product, and design
Support internal Nen Creative initiatives
Your Qualifications
A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional user interface design understanding and impeccable craft. It’s also keenly crucial that you have a strong eye for color, type, composition, and interactions.
An expert understanding of design tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, and an ability to learn other tools that may be necessary.
You take ownership of your work and can function independently. Highly publicized projects don’t scare you; you enjoy seeing and contributing to a high volume of projects.
Bonus Points
Prior experience thriving in an unstructured, fast-paced, and ambitious environment (e.g., agencies, startups, studios, etc.)
Brand-design adjacent skills like animation, illustration, motion design, 3D design, and more.
Marketing skills like copywriting, SEO, advertising, social media, etc.
