Sr. Motion Designer
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with After Effects plugins and the ability to create and use templates.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software.
- Familiarity with project management tools and basic AI exploration.
- Strong visual communication, typography knowledge, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Create and conceptualize animated digital screen designs for hospital and physician office clients as well as non-profit partners.
- Transform health information into accessible animated visuals using various design styles.
- Collaborate with the creative team and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior designers, elevating team quality and performance.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines using project management software.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred.
