Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience (4+ years); and at least 1 year of development experience in a high-level programming language.

Compensation: $75000 - $85000 / Annually

The Process Optimization Developer on the Business Process Optimization (BPO) team plays a key role in designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions that streamline operations and improve business performance. This role contributes to the team’s mission of delivering measurable value through process optimization, automation, and data-driven insights. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Developer helps translate business needs into scalable, sustainable solutions that support continuous improvement across the organization.
