Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term product strategy for R&D sample management aligned with business needs
- Define and prioritize enhancements to sample storage, retrieval, and tracking processes
- Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and operations teams to assess needs and translate into product features
- Drive automation and technology integration with data science, engineering, and IT teams
- Standardize workflows and SOPs across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and audit readiness in collaboration with Quality teams
- Communicate project updates and align cross-functional teams and leadership
- Coordinate between Austin and South Carolina teams and support team training and development
Education
- Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or relevant technical field required
