Job Description
MyOme is seeking a Strategic Commercial and Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our executive and commercial teams in a cross-functional, high-impact role. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in helping a mission-driven startup scale its operations, internal systems, and team culture.

The Strategic Operations and Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Commercial Operations and work closely with the CEO and Executive Team. The role blends internal operations, people experience coordination (including hiring and onboarding), event planning, and partnering with sales. This role also includes supporting the CEO and Executive team in administrative duties. This role is well-suited for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and People Operations to support the hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and new employee onboarding

  • Support customer and commercial operations — such as coordinating meetings, maintaining light CRM hygiene, and support projects for sales and customer service

  • Support finance function by creating POs, enter, review and pay bills in a timely manner

  • Support legal function by maintaining due diligence files for various documents (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) 

  • Maintain and improve internal systems, processes, and documentation to support operational efficiency

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and other executive team members, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and project follow-up

  • Coordinate and execute logistics for company-wide events, including quarterly meetings, offsites, and team-building activities

Skills And Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, executive support, HR coordination, or related roles (experience in startups or high-growth environments strongly preferred)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident working across all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to represent the organization externally to very senior-level partners

  • High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and/or Monday.com is a plus

  • Passionate about helping teams run efficiently and building positive internal experiences

Location, Compensation, and Benefits

Location: Bay Area ideal and ability to be in office at least 2x per week; remote available for the right candidate and must be available for quarterly travel to support company events and meetings.

Compensation: $80-140K/year depending on experience; equity; and the following benefits:
