The Assistant General Manager plays a key role within the operation of Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort, which has over 3,000 rooms. In this position, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the resort’s assets, fostering the development of our talented operations team, and enhancing owner and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will take an active role in managing the resort’s finances and engage in regular communications and meetings with leadership. As Assistant General Manager, you will also provide leadership across several key departments, collaborating effectively to drive the success of our property.
