The Program Manager of the Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program provides strategic leadership and oversight for Saint Paul College’s traditional PSEO program. This position plays a vital role in coordinating all facets of the program, from recruitment through completion, and serves as the primary liaison to high school partners and internal departments. The incumbent will also lead the transition to a PSEO by Contract funding model, oversee related program communications, and ensure compliance with institutional and state regulations. In addition, this position provides training and guidance to College Partnership Advisors and assists the Director of College Partnerships in office management and decision-making in their absence.
Job Duties:
Manage the PSEO Program
Engage and Support Partner High Schools
Oversee Coordination of Summer Bridge Program
Lead Transition to PSEO by Contract Payment Model
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $27.84 - $40.82 hourly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) years of professional experience in higher education.
Experience working with students from diverse and traditionally underserved backgrounds.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with defined goals, timelines, and constraints.
Proficiency in using computers and software in a Windows environment.
Ability to collect, organize, and accurately report data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
Knowledge of policies and regulations related to higher education and dual enrollment programs.
Experience managing grant-funded programs, including budgeting and reporting.
Skill in data analysis and program evaluation to assess and improve outcomes.
Successful experience working with K–12 and postsecondary partners or community organizations.
Experience in enrollment management, academic advising, or student services.
Strong presentation and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
