We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Finance Manager to support our Distributor Sales Organization. Reporting to the VP Finance, Enterprise Accounts and Strategic Channels, this role will serve as a key finance partner to the VP of Distributor Sales and Channel Management and the sales teams, delivering financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling profitable growth through our network of distributor partners. This is a critical role that combines financial acumen with commercial strategy, helping to shape pricing, incentives, performance tracking, and revenue optimization across the distributor channel.

A day in the life:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

  • Business Partnering: Serve as the primary finance partner for the VP of Sales and the Distributor Sales team, offering financial guidance and decision support for go-to-market strategies, pricing, contract negotiations, and distributor performance.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for distributor revenue and margins, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Sales & Margin Analysis: Analyze distributor performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations to maximize profitability.
  • Incentive & Program Evaluation: Support the design and financial evaluation of distributor incentives, rebates, co-op programs, and volume-based discount structures.
  • Performance Reporting: Partner with Commercial Data and Analytics team to develop and deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards to track sales performance, revenue attainment, and ROI of channel programs.
  • Deal Support & Pricing Strategy: Provide financial modeling and deal analysis for distributor agreements, renewals, and special pricing requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with OU Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to support strategic initiatives, resolve issues, and drive alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and controls that support scalable growth across the distributor network.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor one financial analyst, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
     

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting, or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience  
  • Experience in supporting commercial or customer-facing business units, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or distribution
  • Strong understanding of sales channels, distributor economics, and revenue management
  • Demonstrated success supporting a field sales and/or channel sales organization
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, results driven environment

Nice to Have

•    Degree in Accounting/Finance
•    CPA, CMA, and/or MBA 
•    Industry background in manufacturing, healthcare, technology, or consumer products 
•    Familiarity with channel sales models, trade spend management, pricing strategy, and distribution chargeback processes

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$144,000.00 - $216,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
