🧑🏫 Position: Sales Trainer
💰 Pay: $25/hour
📍 Location: Northgate, Sacramento (in-office only)
🕘 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🧠 What You’ll Do:
Develop and refine SOPs for all sales functions
Create & manage high-quality training content across departments
Learn and adapt to our training process — then train others
Ensure weekly team training sessions are happening and effective
Coordinate across openers, closers, SP1s, and ops for seamless execution
