We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Lead

Target total compensation ranges from $225,000 - $252,000, including a fixed annual salary of $138,000 - $160,000, target incentive, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Lead to drive new revenue opportunities and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships across the technology and data ecosystem. This role is focused on activating and scaling high-leverage GTM motions with partners that help our customers personalize experiences, enrich data, and get more value out of mParticle by Rokt’s platform.

As an individual contributor, you’ll own a portfolio of ecosystem partners, lead joint go-to-market planning, and generate sourced and influenced pipeline. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to build repeatable programs that drive partner-sourced revenue and create field-ready narratives that resonate with joint customers.

About the role: 

  • Drive sourced and influenced revenue from a portfolio of strategic partners across the data, identity, cloud, and CX ecosystem.
  • Lead joint GTM motions with key partners—developing campaign strategies, enablement programs, and field engagement plans to drive pipeline.
    Own the commercial relationship with each partner, acting as the primary point of contact for GTM alignment, executive coordination, and mutual success planning.
  • Enable the sales and marketing teams with partner-specific value propositions, co-branded content, and shared customer success stories that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Identify new ecosystem opportunities that align with our composable architecture strategy, deepen customer value, and support mParticle by Rokt’s revenue goals.
  • Create repeatable playbooks to scale partner-led demand generation and ensure consistency across verticals and regions.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel, strategic partnerships, solutions consulting, Implementation or business development roles with a focus on SaaS or API-first technology platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with the MarTech and composable tech ecosystem—including CDPs, orchestration tools, personalization engines, consent solutions, and cloud infrastructure providers.
  • Proven track record of building go-to-market alliances and technical integrations with ecosystem partners.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work toward shared goals across sales, engineering, and product organizations.
  • Effective communicator with strong written, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to understand product APIs, documentation, and integration requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy and hands-on execution are key.
  • Location: Willing to commute to the NYC office (hybrid schedule: 4 days/week in-office).
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 25% for partner and client engagements.

Ideally you will/have/be:

  • Industry experience, with familiarity in marketing tech and enterprise data solutions for marketing, ad tech experience is a nice to have.
  • Ability to set and execute priorities within a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaborator, with the ability to engage across multiple teams to drive an outcome.
  • Desire to be a key player within a strong team focused on exceeding client expectations.
