Associate Account Executive: This is where you come in. 

We’re seeking a Special Projects Associate Account Executive to support the Service Special Projects Area Lead and team. This role requires a customer-first mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, ready to take initiative, and committed to delivering high-quality service. You’ll be expected to meet performance standards set by leadership and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the Service Special Projects Area Lead, this role is designed as a development path—with the goal of transitioning into an Account Executive position within one to two years. If you’re driven to achieve ambitious goals, you’ll be rewarded with increased ownership, significant growth opportunities, and more autonomy than you’ve likely experienced before.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: 

  • Respond to all urgent and high-priority emails within 24 hours to maintain exceptional communication standards.
  • Provide accurate, timely information on vendor quotes and field labor estimates to support project planning and execution.
  • Assist Account Executives with the development of project proposals, contributing to scope, pricing, and documentation.
  • Build a strong foundational understanding of both project sales and project management to support seamless execution and prepare for future ownership of projects.

The Associate Account Executive reports to Chris Griffiths, Lead Account Executive, and is part of a collaborative team supporting a wide range of projects and initiatives that contribute to our growing business. This high-visibility role offers regular interaction with stakeholders across all levels and functions of the organization.

Compensation: $80,000 Annually plus commission

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:

Our Portland office (12911 NE Airport Way, Portland OR, 97230) which is 5 minutes from the Portland Airport and Cascade Station and not far from the Downtown corridor, in the heart of the city buzzing with indie boutiques and a creative dining scene ranging from eclectic food trucks to high-end seafood bistros.
