Operations & Market Research Manager, Innovation Center (Contractor)

LG Electronics, a global leader in technology and innovation, seeks an Operations & Market Research Manager for its North America Innovation Center. This role combines operational management with market research and customer discovery to drive project success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs).
  • Manage administrative functions including contract processing, expense approvals, meeting scheduling, and internal communications.
  • Design and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze market research studies and customer discovery initiatives including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate research insights into strategic recommendations influencing product development and business strategies.
  • Integrate market intelligence with operational data to construct dashboards and KPIs measuring performance.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership with operational metrics and customer feedback insights.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among EIRs, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with external partners or research agencies to supplement data collection.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent is advantageous.
