Qualifications & Experience

🧩 What You'll Do:

✅ Be the organizational superstar behind the scenes, ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine.✅ Support our attraction’s leadership with scheduling, filing, purchasing, communications, and more.✅ Help us recruit awesome team members 👥 – from screening candidates to scheduling interviews.✅ Assist with onboarding new hires: setting up uniforms, documentation, and orientations.✅ Champion our Team Engagement efforts by organizing staff events, celebrations, and social fun 🎉.✅ Keep our supplies stocked 📦, back-of-house tidy, and everyone informed with clear communications.✅ Coordinate mail, vendors, office equipment, and anything else that keeps our team moving forward.

🌟 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

🗂️ Office or administrative experience – especially in a fun, guest-focused or public-facing setting.📞 Great communication skills – written and verbal.🧠 Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.🧑‍💻 Comfort with Microsoft Office and standard office software and equipment.🎈 A fun, upbeat personality – you're approachable, detail-oriented, and helpful.💼 The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

📚 Education & Experience:

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required.🧾 Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.📋 Experience with HR or recruitment tasks a plus!

🕐 Schedule & Work Environment:

📅 Typical hours are Monday–Friday during operating hours, with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support the team.🏰 Work happens across various indoor spaces and back-of-house areas in the attraction.
