The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

As a people manager you are comfortable learning new things on the fly and helping your team learn unfamiliar systems and technologies. You make pragmatic technology decisions to balance scalability, speed to market, and long-term maintainability. You are data-driven and comfortable with agile development practices, rapid development cadences, and continuous deployment methodologies to deliver quick incremental value to customers. You understand that the best managers serve their teams, removing roadblocks and giving individual contributors autonomy and ownership. You can effectively partner with product management, technical leads, and stakeholders across the company to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with application teams, architects, product leaders, and security to support high-velocity, compliant delivery pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units and technology partners, aligning DevOps with cross-functional priorities.
  • Present roadmaps, metrics, and outcomes to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure high system reliability and performance through advanced observability and proactive incident management.
  • Define and track key DevOps metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, etc.) to improve organizational agility.
  • Promote a culture of security, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering practices.

Team Development

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-impact DevOps team committed to innovation and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate a culture of ownership, empowerment, and continuous learning.
  • Foster collaboration between onshore and offshore resources to maximize efficiency and coverage.

REQUIREMENTS
