Skills
- 5+ years experience in building and shipping iOS and Android apps
- Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Go, Java, or TypeScript
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Basic SQL/NoSQL database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- API security standards knowledge (OAuth, JWT)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical leader and mentor for mobile engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
- Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing mobile engineering team with a focus on career development
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and implement the mobile technical roadmap
- Architect and build new mobile systems from the ground up to unlock new business value
- Ensure high standards for security, performance, monitoring, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges rapidly
- Work within an agile environment driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
