Operations and Sustainment Lead
- Manage a team of engineers and administrators in supporting a customer's IT requirements across multiple mediums and dispersed across three different sites
- Ensure continuous customer support through monitoring and allocating resources towards break/fix issues, new installations, external customer support at off-site locations, and coordination with matrixed discrete project teams
- Monitor and communicate all potential impacts to customer's mission from a communications and IT perspective
- Help assess risk and implement mitigation strategies for the customer to ensure continued communication and operational readiness
- Work with asset management to ensure technology refresh, and procurement, schedule stay on plan
- Anticipate the needs of the customer on future licensing, access, and account administration requirements and proactively allocate resources accordingly
- Provide engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems required to meet technical requirements
- Make recommendations and advises on system development, improvements, optimization, and support efforts
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
Experience:
- 8+ years of general work experience
- 5+ years of directly related IT experience
- 1+ year of experience in a management or leadership role
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)

Salary: $110,000 - 129,000
