Vice President, AI (Remote - Anywhere)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Vice President, AI in Anywhere.

As Vice President of AI, you will lead the company’s AI strategy, overseeing the development of proprietary machine learning models and driving experimentation and data science initiatives embedded in the product offering. You will manage a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and AI developers while collaborating closely with executive leadership and clients to maximize the impact of AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset to balance long-term investments with pragmatic execution and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives. Occasional travel to client locations may be required.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute AI strategy in partnership with executive leadership
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary AI and data science team
• Continuously improve proprietary models for content generation, decisioning, and personalization
• Oversee online experimentation and data-driven product development
• Support sales and retention teams with AI insights and strategy
• Present AI solutions and progress directly to client senior executives and C-level stakeholders

• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) or equivalent experience in AI, data science, or a related field
• Deep expertise in deep learning, recommender systems, and large language models (LLMs)
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models to production and driving measurable business outcomes
• Strong understanding of web experimentation and analytics to inform AI development
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics for senior audiences
• Experience balancing short-term solutions with long-term innovation investments

• Competitive base salary range: $300,000–$340,000 USD annually
