Researcher II (Remote - US)

This is an exciting opportunity for a UX Researcher to help shape strategic product decisions at scale. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into product innovations that resonate. Accountabilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive research plans using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Align research efforts with product roadmaps and company strategy to uncover key user insights.
• Deliver compelling findings through clear documentation, visualizations, and presentations.
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, engineering, and client success teams to embed insights into the product development lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end research operations, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and communications.
• Champion user-centered thinking and help build a culture of empathy across teams.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, helping stakeholders translate findings into actionable decisions.

• 4+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in a wide range of research methodologies and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly and persuasively.
• Experience with research platforms and tools such as Dscout, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma, Rally UXR, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Heap.
• Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic, remote-first environments.
• Experience working across time zones and in fast-paced agile settings.
• Bonus: Background in marketplace platforms or multi-sided ecosystems.

• Competitive salary range: $114,200–$205,700 USD (depending on location, experience, and role level).
