$90,000-$105,000

We’re currently seeking a strategic & collaborative Associate Director, Sales Operations with both sales and sales operations experience to join our Sales team. This strategic and collaborative role serves as a vital bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps—ensuring alignment on lead quality, revenue visibility, and go-to-market priorities. You’ll play a key role in helping synchronize product, tools and campaign rollouts with sales objectives, driving both performance and operational excellence across the sales organization.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Sales Process Optimization

  • Design, implement, and refine sales workflows to streamline (leads) prospecting, pitching, closing and follow-ups.

  • Eliminate bottlenecks in the sales cycle (e.g., reducing time-to-close, improving handoffs between departments).

  • Create playbooks and standard operating procedures for reps to follow.

  • Lead generation outreach & sourcing (research).

Technology & Tools

  • Responsible for Sales Tech Stack evaluation to ensure the Sales Leaders have and use tools that work generating and converting 

  • Assists with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensures it's used correctly and efficiently.

  • Manages integrations with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Mixmax, ZoomInfo, etc.

  • Implement automation to save reps time (e.g., auto-logging, workflows). (Configurations)

 Training & Enablement

  • Onboards new reps and ensures they’re trained on systems, processes, and messaging.

  • Supports ongoing training with insights from top performers and market data.

  • Helps develop battlecards, sales decks, and email templates.

Planning & Strategy

  • Supports territory design and rep assignments.

  • Helps with sales compensation plans and incentive structures.

  • Participates in annual planning, helping leadership make data-driven decisions.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of experience optimizing sales processes, including prospecting, closing, and post-sale workflows, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation/AI tools (e.g., Gong, Agentforce, Mixmax, ZoomInfo), and integration best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement sales technology solutions that drive productivity and conversion rates.

  • Skilled in creating and maintaining playbooks, SOPs, and training resources to enable consistent performance across sales teams.

  • Experience onboarding and enabling sales reps through structured training, performance insights, and sales enablement content (e.g., battlecards, decks, templates).

  • Strategic mindset with experience supporting sales planning, territory design, and data-driven incentive program development.

  • Have a proactive approach and anticipate issues

  • Have on understanding of sales processes in the creator space

  • Understand how to help sales team convert

  • Know how to have fun and be a nice person:-)
