- Detail oriented with ability to balance design trends and brand consistency
- Excellent communication skills, including articulation and defending design decisions
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, business goals, and navigating ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Design marketing campaigns and communications for paid, organic digital content, out-of-home advertising, events, product campaigns, animations, videos, reports, e-books, webinars, decks, and sales enablement materials
- Establish and reinforce Intercom’s brand identity as an industry leader
- Create impactful visuals for static and video-based social content
- Apply and innovate on brand design systems across all branded touchpoints
- Collaborate with animators for motion-based assets
- Manage projects end-to-end from concept through execution
- Partner cross-functionally with writers, producers, marketers, leadership, and external agencies
- Maintain deep understanding of Intercom’s products and empathize with B2B SaaS audiences
