- Advocate for strategic design thinking linking visual design to business outcomes.
- Own and evolve the brand book and visual identity guidelines to protect brand integrity.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top design talent through coaching and career planning.
- Utilize data and insights to refine design's support of business growth and performance.
Education
- Relevant degree in design or related field preferred
