Responsibilities
- Own and support product design projects across Genies’ emerging product lines
- Define and deliver user experience, interactions, and interfaces using flows, wireframes, sketches, and analytics
- Work concurrently on MVP and visionary product designs
- Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, and problem framing through storytelling
- Develop user stories, personas, prototypes, and detailed specs via human-centered design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Art & Animation, and Senior Management
- Contribute to product design vision, strategy, and processes while maintaining brand consistency
- Use design to advance internal exploration and R&D
- Present, iterate, and facilitate design solutions informed by group critique
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (field not specified, typically Design or related)
